Quality in boots & in customer service
I’ve never purchased Gringo boots before so I wasn’t sure if the size differs when compared to other boots. I have a pair of Corral boots in a size 7 so thought that a 7 would be good especially since I normally wear a 7 in shoes (tennis shoes, flats, etc.) that doesn’t have a heel bigger than 2”. Well, unfortunately, these ran a 1/2 size too big for me but no worries even if I didn’t have an account set up with them on their website, customer service replied to my email immediately and sent me a free return label and documented my account for an exchange for 6.5. These boots are gorgeous and high quality! I cannot wait to receive my boots… thank you to customer support for being awesome to your customers. I will continue purchasing from your company! ❤️
