Extremely Poor Customer Service

This is the moment I have waited for. An opportunity to write a review about the boots purchased and Rivertrail Mercantile. I purchased these boots on Christmas and was supposed to get a 30% discount according to the email I was sent. I did not get the discount and tried calling the company several times for several days. No response--for DAYS. My boots finally arrived on January 3 damaged. The studs are missing all over both boots. Imagine my disappointment. I again tried calling and emailing, which I have done every day. I tried calling Rivertrail and spoke with Kathy on the same day and was promised a return label to be emailed directly to me while on the phone. I am still waiting for this. I have continued to call and email with no response. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again. It sadly was a $360 mistake. I would definitely be interested in purchasing from them--the boot selection looks great, but the customer service is deplorable. I will continue to purchase my cowboy boots--I have more than 24 pairs--from Country Outfitters who are always customer friendly and offer great quality and reasonable prices. Rivertrail Mercantile PLEASE call me.
