These boots are so cute in the pics. Exactly what I wanted. Distressed leather bootie. Unfortunately while the color was as picture portrayed they look cheap. I wear a 9 in boots but other reviews said to size up. So I did and the boot was still very snug. Narrow toe box. I didn’t think the quality matched the purchase so returning. On a good note, River Trail has great customer service. I’ll be back to shop again.
Cute styling but overpriced for what they are. These booties are light weight & flexible which contributes to out-of-box comfort, but they feel rubbery & look cheaper than retail price. Faux distressing looks just that on lower quality leather. Bought the boots on sale & needed to exchange for 1/2 size larger. I'm a 7 in 99% of shoes & boots (exception is running shoes needing an orthotic), but these boots ran short on the right for me. I contemplated returning them w/ restock fee, rather than exchange, but I didn't & now have a glorified bootie for the barn/errands. IMO, these are $75 quality boots, but they are cute & comfortable in 1/2 size larger. Customer service at RT is always very good, but I do wish there was a delivery option not requiring signature when not ordering above a $300 price point. Work & kids make going to the PO for pick-up a pain.
